Following his completion of law school in 2004, Matthew Palentchar immediately moved to Florida, passed the bar exam and made his first foray into legal practice, which was doing a little of everything with a general practice law firm in Naples, Florida, including real estate, estate planning, civil, criminal and business law, among other things. He quickly tired of the law firm grind, however, and left to form Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A. in 2005. He ran that firm successfully until 2010, when an illness and other issues forced him to leave Florida for a short time, until he became well and returned to Florida more focused and feeling better than ever.
That is when he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg. Matt Palentchar’s current firm is very successful with its specific focus, which is real estate transactions and property law. He often represents lenders, purchasers and sellers in complex commercial transactions, and he also does more common real estate work, such as title searches and title exams, and issuing title insurance for residential and commercial closings. Whenever possible, Matt Palentchar wants to make his community better, so he volunteers for CASA as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for disadvantaged children.
