In the years since Matthew Palentchar passed the bar and started to practice law in Florida more than a decade ago, he has largely specialized in real estate, but he also has practiced in the areas of corporate transactions, probate, simple estate planning, and small business law. He can handle virtually any commercial real estate transaction, but he also handles smaller real estate matters, as well. He has certainly gone far since his childhood in Colonia, New Jersey, where he mostly played sports with friends.
Following high school, Matthew Palentchar earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, but followed that up by earning his law degree through a scholarship to attend Ohio Northern University Law School. After getting his sheepskin, as they say, he high-tailed it to Florida, where he passed the bar and became a lawyer. In addition to assisting clients as an attorney, Matt Palentchar spends what little free time he has volunteering for CASA as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for disadvantaged children because he wants to make his community better.
